The Story Of Allison And Louis
Allison and Louis grew up with creative parents and, for that reason, it came with no surprise that they would be working on a creative field too. The owners of the top mannequin houses and display firms in New York, as well as artists, designers, window dressers, and other creatives, served as some really great early influences for the siblings.
Their childhood home resembled one of Barbara D’Arcy’s Bloomingdale’s model homes. A stunning futuristic den with corrugated metal walls and ceiling, a backlit white Lucite baseboard, and white Lucite modular chairs with chrome etageres and a black snakeskin cocktail table was hidden inside a little English Tudor style house.

The living area included a crazily contemporary thick shag rug, hefty Lucite desk, and white marble cocktail table embellished with crystal obelisks and rock crystal sculptures in addition to conventional tuxedo-style upholstered sofas and Louis XV chairs covered in black horse hair.
They may not have known it at the time, but they already had a young appreciation for smart clothing and a well adorned home!

Some years later they left for Boston University. After a few more years and a few career changes that were independently pursued, the siblings eventually spent four years working side by side at the same company.
It turned out to be more enjoyable than they had anticipated to work professionally together for the first time. They soon became aware of how nicely their unique skills complemented one another in areas where their responsibilities overlapped.
Allison and Louis realised it was time to make their dream of launching their own brand a reality. Maison 24 is a blend of traditional and cutting-edge items that they consider to be the greatest in a variety of areas.
