The lobby exposes and reengages raw elements of the high line, featuring an expansive skylight highlighting the underside skeleton of the infrastructure and original columns that puncture through the entry interiors. All materials selected for the structure assimilate the vernacular of the high line and are derived to facilitate a notion of timelessness. Additionally, each of the eight-foot-long casement windows is alternately angled to maximize views and retain privacy while allowing abundant light to flood the space and afford views of the Hudson River, midtown, and the Chelsea skyline.
