Located in the heart of New York City, Eleven Madison Park is a fine dinning restaurant located in a historic Art Deco building since 1998. The restaurant, owned by Chef Daniel Humm since 2011, provides its guests with a tasting menu consisting of entirely plant-based courses. The space is luxuriously decorated, spacious and painted in soft, earthy tones. Hanging from the white ceilings we can find the beautiful and simple suspensions that help provide Eleven Madison Park with the right amount of light to make it cosy and chic at the same time.
Carbone
Carbone is an ode to the Italian-Americana culture. With tiles inspired by The Godfather and a mid-century decoration, the restaurant is not only known for its tradicional Italian menu, but also for being a hot spot for celebrities and very difficult to get a table at. The classical chandeliers help light the space and elevate the decor, giving it a true New York in the 40s feeling. On West Broadway, near Broome Street, we can find one of the Cipriani restaurants.
