An Undeniable Artistic Flair: Prestigious Manchester Apartment – LUXXU decided that Manchester would be the ideal location for its brand-new luxury residence, a posh apartment building right in the heart of the city. Manchester’s past is deeply rooted in the industrial revolution and contemporary culture, so many creatives emulate these trends to honor the legacy of the city. A lot of the interior design of the house was greatly influenced by its rich artistic and textile history, so let’s explore this beautiful and prestigious manchester apartment in today’s Modern Chandeliers blog article!
A Prestigious Manchester Apartment
LUXXU made an effort to design each space so that it was both aesthetically pleasing and practical. These were primarily designed with industrial and modern classic influences to accurately capture the history of the city, while also incorporating modern twists to achieve a multi-layered character. Along with a few other surprises, the apartment is fully furnished with a variety of LUXXU brand classics and avant-garde creations.
Three distinctively structured pieces by LUXXU and Boca do Lobo—the Algerone Console, the Shard Table Lamp, and the decorative Lumiere Round Mirror—welcome guests as soon as they step inside the house. By emphasizing the Senzu Sofa, a neutrally upholstered design with a rounder form and an additional support table, the lounge area maintains its distinctive appeal. The Eden Center Table by Boca do Lobo, the Waterfall II Wall Lamp, and the Waterfall Sputnik Suspension are some additional items that go well with this contemporary sofa.
The kitchen has an amazing array of contemporary features despite its industrial design. The contemporary kitchen cabinets were painted a darker yet understated color, which is enhanced by the Quantum Handles by PullCast, a line of accessories with black atom-inspired designs. A specially made counter island with a wood interior and a marble exterior adds a further level of opulence while being lit by Waterfall Pendants. Last but not least, the grey velvet and leather Otto Swivel Bar Chairs with brass accents elevate the space.

Despite its small size, this elegant dining room is well-equipped with many ostentatious design elements. While dining, guests can gaze at the Manchester skyline from above. Along with providing comfort and luxury, the Algerone Rectangular Dining Table and Algerone Chairs. To illuminate the space, the Waterfall Rectangular Suspension was selected. This piece brings a feeling of waterfalls into the dining room because it is made of ribbed fine tubes of crystal glass and gold-plated brass. The Nubian Sideboard, which was positioned directly next to the window, contains additional geometric details, from the wooden flooring to translucent accents.

The office, in contrast to other divisions, has a moodier but still incredibly classic atmosphere and darker color tones. The brand-new Algerone Desk and office chair are part of the ensemble that makes its presence known. The Otto XL Chair is the ideal spot to relax after a long day of work. The height of comfort was intended with this darker blue with greenish undertones velvet chair. The Waterfall Round Suspension, a circular decoration intended to evoke the glamorous sensation of waterfalls, is another addition to the tray ceiling.
High ceilings and contemporary furnishings may best describe this living room. With its bolder colors and slightly curved shape, the Otto Sofa, along with the Gladia Armchairs, makes for a fantastic piece for relaxing and socializing with friends. The modular Empire III Set Center Table makes quite an impression in the middle of everything because of how well its marble and brass features complement its surroundings. The brand-new Oya Rug, which was added to this scene as an intriguing addition, was inspired by weather phenomena. Additionally, a wide variety of Harpia Suspension pieces provide tasteful lighting.
This utterly modern bedroom, which has been unveiled as a fantastic master suite, is made up of various opulent and specially made components. The Charla Dresser, the Darian Gold Mirror, and the Waterfall II Wall Lamp form a stylish trinity of designs at the bedroom’s entrance, all of which add to the room’s sublime beauty. Moving on, however, the Charla Bed, which demonstrates LUXXU‘s impeccable craftsmanship methods, is without a doubt the “matriarch of the bunch.” It has a more muted color scheme and is made of leather, making it a bed fit for a king. The Tenor Ottoman, custom Charla Nightstands, and Empire Wall Lamp all go well with the bed. With its lavish details, the Empire Suspension brings the bedroom section to a close.
Without a remarkably large closet area, a luxury home would fall short. In light of this, LUXXU decided to highlight the Waltz collection, which exudes hints of industrial design with hints of Art Deco but with a more enigmatic character. For instance, the enormous Waltz Closet occupies the majority of the space laterally. Right in the middle, the Waltz Island Closet, a modern piece that provides additional countertop space, debuts as a new LUXXU design. To illuminate this space, the floor lamp and Waterfall Pendants were chosen. Both pieces emit calming light, and the darker color scheme of the other designs contrasts beautifully with their brass and crystal glass bodies.
All of the outdoor furniture selected for this project was created by MYSA, an outdoor brand that aspires to stand out through incredibly distinctive and cozy products. For dining and socializing, there are two sections on this rooftop. The first one’s furniture showcases the striking Vertigo Grey Dining Table in marble and the brand-new upholstered Charla Dining Chairs, a combination that endures. A modular sofa in whiter and greyer tones graces the space with its unique structure for the final section. The sculptural Magna Floor Lamps blend in beautifully with the surroundings as objects of pure contemplation, and the BRABBU’s Grasberg Fire Pit with mining influences was added to cozy up the area on chilly nights.
