These two adjacent penthouses located in Tribeca were bought by Taylor Swift back in 2014. It is a large complex that has a total of 10 bedrooms and bathrooms and a billiards room. The previous owner was none other than Lord of The Rings director Peter Jackson! Adorning the 12-foot-high beamed ceilings of this living and dining area are two coastal inspired pendants, perhaps a nod to her Rhode Island estate.

Upper East Side Penthouse

Located on the Upper East Side, Jennifer’s Lawrence penthouse is a luxurious property, with big open spaces, 12-foot ceilings, two floors and a 360-degree view of the city! This huge great room has a classic modern decor with soft tones and, despite the show stopper being the wall of windows, we can’t help but focus on the beautiful chandeliers. It is a rustic piece that takes a contemporary approach, fitting perfectly into this room.

This luxurious apartment once belonged to super model Bella Hadid. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has 2,180 square feet of living area, plus a private rooftop terrace with 779 square feet of additional space. The six-story structure, which dates back to the 1870s, was once a silk showroom! The master bedroom can be described as feminine, delicate, luxurious with a mix of Scandinavian minimalism that extends to the lighting fixtures.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Manhattan was once the safe haven for musician Joe Jones and Game of Thrones’ star Sophie Turner. Located in a luxury boutique doorman building, this apartment has a midcentury modern vibe to it. Just take a look at this sputnik chandelier that adorns the dining room!

Winona Ryder’s New York City apartment is not only feminine and elegant, but also fresh and modern. The Stranger Things’ actress worked with interior designer Kevin Haley to create the perfect home for her. Despite the lack of architectural detail, the rooms have an urbane and sophisticated sense thanks to their high ceilings and big windows. For this living and dining space, the interior designer chose two Donghia table lamps in green tones that match the Lacquered panels made by Pierre Bobot in 1930 for the Manhattan dance club Roseland.
