15 Park Row, a landmark steel-frame skyscraper with historical significance in the city of New York, Fogarty Finger applied dazzling crucial contemporary details throughout the whole building including fluted bronze-gold wall panels, coffered ceilings, and mosaic tile floors.

The Alexander, New York
Fogarty Finger was tasked with designing the interior and amenity spaces of the Alexander. The apartments feature high-end finishes like white oak flooring, solid surface counter-tops, Italian porcelain flooring, and stainless steel appliances. The lobby and communal spaces maintain a sophisticated yet edgy design aesthetic by balancing strong architectural materials with softer furnishings.
The Ludlow, New York
Fogarty Finger was engaged to renovate all common areas and tenant amenities at The Ludlow, a 24-story luxury rental high-rise in the Lower East Side. The re-design maintains the integrity of the original space while contemporizing the building’s unique features. A rich color palette filled with deep purples, pinks tones, and a juxtaposition of black and white, as well as a variety of textures, like ribbed concrete and brass, creates a deeply luxurious yet comfortable ambiance throughout.

Platt Street Hotel, New York
Fogarty Finger did an amazing job on this hospitality design project for the Platt Street Hotel, the wonderful architecture of the whole building was filled with warm-colored and contemporary furniture and upholstery throughout the hotel, resulting in an appealing and pleasing ambiance.
Executive Lounge, New York
This executive lounge in New York is featured with refined upholstery with classy yet modern design, the same can be said for the beautiful pieces of furniture colored in dark tones that contrast incredibly well with the bright space and subtle yet effective lighting that greatly highlights the wonderful pieces of artwork presented in this project.
