This event, organized by Covet Group, will happen this June 26th and 27th Oporto, Portugal and will bring together the creative minds, designers, makers, and brands in order to discuss all themes luxury related. NINI ANDRADE SILVA
Nini Andrade Silva is an award-winning interior designer. With impressive work across the globe, she saw her work being distinguished several times. Her extensive experience in the design industry will be a great addition to the debates and panel sessions at the Luxury Design Craftsmanship Summit 2019.
MICHELANGELO FOUNDATION
The Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship, a renowned name in the design world, already participated in last year’s edition of the summit and is participating in this year’s. The Michelangelo Foundation is an international non-profit entity that celebrates and preserves master craftsmanship and strengthens its connection with the design world.
RICARDO ESPÍRITO SANTO SILVA FOUNDATION
The Ricardo do Espírito Santo Silva Foundation‘s aim is to protect and promote Portuguese decorative arts and related crafts. This foundation is responsible for the Museum of Portuguese Decorative Arts, but also for two schools where several craftsmanshipArts are taught and kept alive.
EMMANUEL BABLED
Another guest speaker is Emmanuel Babled. He is a designer who founded his own studio: Babled Design. Its Lisbon-based studio creates artworks with the highest quality and experience in craftsmanship ability, by mixing ancient knowledge with high-performance technological tools to create iconic pieces and inspire the design community.
CHRISTIAN HAAS
Christian Haas is an industrial designer who established his Studio in 2000. Ever since he has created products through multiple disciplines from furniture and lighting to porcelain and glassware. He is a real asset as a guest speaker!
PULLCAST
Representing the luxury furniture brands will be PullCast whose sculptural hardware is handmade by the best craftsmen with great expertise. So get ready to be presented with a complete know-how experience of how to elevate design and create stunning handcrafted pieces.
