His mother was a stylist and his father a mechanical engineer, the combination of these elements embedded a deep understanding of aesthetics alongside a grounding in functionality. Born in Stockholm and based in London and New York, Martin Brudnizki is recognized as one of the best interior designers nowadays. Martin studied Interior Architecture and Design at The American University and after working for a number of renowned architects and designers, this top interior designer established Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (MBDS) in London in the year 2000 before opening a New York Studio in 2012.

Pas D’Art, Stockholm
Located in the heart of Stockholm is Pas d’Art, an iconic brasserie once known as Cafe Wiener. Oozing glamour, color, and heritage, the new Pas d’Art brasserie is warm and vibrant, serving guests from breakfast through to dinner.
A harlequin pattern-inspired painted ceiling looms overhead and echoes the curves and art deco influences of local architecture whilst Murano glass wall lights shaped like faces adorn the walls and nod to the Swedish art movement, Swedish Grace. A mixture of banquette and dining chair seating is divided by frosted glass panels, helping to create a relaxed yet private ambiance, perfect for dinner with friends and family.
